6 Hour Regularity at Winton.

The AHSDC 2006 6 hour relay campaign kicked off with the traditional team meeting on Wednesday the thirteenth, with ten attendees.

Progress so far is that AHOC has got the band back together for Team Healey, and this years Team is Simon Hughes, Chris Crombie, Brendon Vine, Peter Kaiser and Peter Williams, managed again by Peter Stanley.

AHSDC has joined forces with SOCV to get Teams Sprout and Broccoli up and running, with Alan Taylor, Peter Marks, Scott Burgess, Ben Wells, Phil Youel, Mark Wells confirmed as Sprouts.

Broccoli are Geoff Lawrence, Dean Fullard, Andrew Wright, Simon Hendy, David Osborne and Doug Fielder.

Team strategy has been officially voted on as: Drive for 6 hours, fill the podium.

As usual we can make up another team if we get more drivers, and in addition we are always on the look out for Managers, Timers, Drink waiters, Refuellers Grid Girls, Start line Studs,

This is an event organised by AROCA (Alfa Club), and if you have entered an MSCA sprint this year you are eligible to run!!! (no race licence required)

For more details collar any of the above suspects at a Club night or other event, or contact Owen Crombie on 9894 4270 or on artyd@smartchat.net.au

And by the way, the Event is at Winton on November 4&5. I’m going up Friday and staying till Cup Day, in any case it’s a great CH Plate Driving weekend.
